Portland Pre-Party

Finding the perfect venue for a basketball pre-game party!

With basketball season comes more event planning, specifically when it comes to out of state events. Before each away game, the alumni office connects with members of the alumni network to hose a pre-game party!

These events allow alumni from all over the United States to come together and cheer on the gaels. With lots of logistics, it is important the parties are planned well in advance.

In February, the gaels will take on the Portland Pilots. It just so happens my mother and father live in Portland, so they of course know all the hot spots! I turned to them to guide our search for the perfect pre-party venue!

We are still actively searching for a place to host, however we have lots of great options. Currently, we are looking into various bars and other event spaces. Any space will create a lovely atmosphere to connect alumni together once again.
